Banana Bread Cake

Banana Bread Cake is one of Mckay's favorite desserts. It's extremely easy, and extremely delicious!

Cake:
1  Cube butter
1 1/2c  Sugar
2 Eggs
1c Sour Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla

2c Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda (heaping)
1/4 Tsp Salt

3 Med Mashed Bananas

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then combine both bowls and add in the mashed bananas. The mixture should be pretty thick. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.

Frosting:
1pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 Cube Butter
3c Powder Sugar
2tsp Vanilla

Once the cake has cooled spread entire frosting batch on top of the cake. Enjoy!
